Felicia Saffold

Felicia Saffold is an assistant professor in the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She holds an appointment in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She is interested in multicultural education and teacher preparation and induction for urban settings. Her recent works include studies of the impact of mentoring associated with new teacher retention in urban schools and the benefits of mentoring for veteran teachers.
